Dr. Wilhere is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry.  He is a retired Major in the U.S. Army Reserve Dental Corps, and a retired Indiana Department of Correction Staff Dentist. 

Dr. Wilhere is an experienced professional, having practiced dentistry since 1978, and has provided on-site dental care to county Sheriffs' facilities since 1991.

Dr. Wilhere serves as President of American Dental Service, P.C., an Indiana professional service corporation dedicated to serving the Sheriffs of Indiana.
